Cancellation Policy
To reschedule an appointment, please provide a 48-hour notice to ensure you will not be charged for the service. Appointments canceled less than 48 hours of scheduled service will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the original service. Clients who cancel without notice will be required to pay the full amount of service missed. Prior to scheduling future appointments, full payment must be made. A confirmation notification will be sent when our team has processed your request.
